Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS)
provided by Dr. Grechko & Aaron Grechko

What is it and how can it help?

Low energy neurofeedback (LENS) is an FDA approved non– invasive intervention that utilizes our unique brainwaves to support the brain in auto-correction. This auto-correction supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, executive functioning, and brain optimization. LENS supports wellness and recovery goals where it counts- your nervous system.

With LENS, we don’t focus on a diagnosis. We’ll talk about what’s getting in the way of you living the life you want. Maybe you’re having a hard time focusing at work or managing multiple demands; maybe you’re a parent who feels easily frustrated or overstimulated; maybe anxiety or low mood gets in the way of doing things you want to do; maybe you're stuck in the therapy process or want to decrease/ eliminate medication; maybe you find yourself having big reactions and you want to feel more in control; or maybe you just know life can be better. It can. LENS can help.

One of our specialties is supporting professionals and organizations. With LENS, we can support your teams with nervous system regulation to improve morale, productivity, stress management, regulate after critical incidents, and prevent burnout. We travel throughout Connecticut to support teams on- site.

Your team doesn't need an ice cream social-- they need nervous system regulation.

So, how does it work?

We will either use head sensors or body sensors (depending on your unique physiology) and the LENS software will gather data through an EEG. This EEG data will be mirrored back to you. When your brain and body receive this data, it will decide to correct faulty signals that are getting in the way. Essentially, making more of some brain waves and less of others. The LENS does not “add” anything new to your system, it simply provides your brain the information it needs to reorganize.

What's the investment?

Intake,  45-55 minutes (includes first LENS application): $225

LENS sessions,  20-30 minutes: $150

*HSA/FSA Eligible

*Possible business expense for business owners

*First responders and veterans receive $25 off each visit

How many sessions do I need?

That depends on your unique physiology and goals. Although there are no guarantees, some are done after one session, many feel successful between 10-12, most feel complete by 20, and some like "tune ups" every now and then after completion.
